  • Coaching is for production leaders. Every great athlete has a coach — someone who's been there, who can challenge you and encourage you. I work in six-month blocks, remote, in-person, or hybrid. We'll assess your ministry, set real goals, and build a plan to hit them — so you become the leader people actually want to follow.

  • Consulting is for teams and church leaders. Sometimes you need an outside expert to look at your team, your gear, or your next hire with fresh eyes. If you're an executive pastor or weekend experience director staring down a production hire with no idea what to look for — that's exactly where I come in.
